Senior Independent Living Cottage Project

This new development will consist of eight freestanding cottages, each featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom, providing comfortable, accessible, and private living spaces for older adults who wish to maintain their independence while remaining close to supportive services and the local community.

Each cottage will include in-unit laundry hookups, allowing residents the convenience of doing laundry from the comfort of their own home. In addition, the development will offer on-site parking stalls for residents and their visitors. Dwellers will also have access to meal-plans, limited nursing care, and optional transportation assistance. 

Construction is anticipated to begin in Fall of 2026, with completion expected in Spring of 2027.
