Moderate Income Housing (MIH) Income Range
Moderate Income Housing (MIH) is designed to serve the 60-150% Area Median Income bracket. Clients will work with the City on submitting proper documentation regarding your income. To qualify for a home, you must be within the 60-150% Area Median Income bracket.
